Shipping

How long will my order take?
Everything here is printed to order rather than held in stock, so there are two stages: production, then shipping. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping then depends on where you are — typically 3–7 business days within Canada and the US, and 7–20 business days internationally. Expect roughly 1–3 weeks in total.

Why printed to order?
It means nothing is over-produced and thrown away, and it keeps the range wide without tying money up in inventory. The trade-off is that it’s slower than a warehouse. If you need something by a specific date, order well ahead.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email once it ships. Check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return something because it doesn’t fit?
Because each item is made for you specifically, we can’t resell returns, so we don’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering — we’d much rather you got the right size first time.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Then it’s on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll replace it or refund you. No need to send the item back.

My order never arrived.
Contact us with your order number. If tracking shows it lost in transit, we’ll reship or refund.

Sizing and materials

How do the shirts fit?
Sizing runs to standard unisex measurements. Each product page carries its own size chart — measure a shirt you already own and compare, rather than going by your usual letter size.

Will the print crack or fade?
Not if you look after it. Wash inside out, cold, and hang dry or tumble on low. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

The causes

How do you choose which causes to include?
The common thread is sustained under-coverage relative to scale — places that get a burst of attention and then silence. Each cause page sets out what is happening and links to sources, including where a government is doing this to its own population. If you think another belongs here, tell us.

I think something on your site is factually wrong.
Tell us and we will correct it. That offer is serious — a page making claims about live conflicts has to be correctable.
